"This was the first time visiting the cafe since it changed ownership and concept. While the previous one was looking outdated and sad, Eben is bringing some vibrancy back. The person that helped us was attentive and kind, and it is refreshing to go to a place and not have to pay a weekend or credit card surcharge! Heck, it's amazing to actually be able to find a coffee shop that is open during the afternoon, let alone on a Sunday! The flat white was great and the iced long black actually tasted like coffee, unlike many other places where you're overcharged for coffee with ice..... Eben is doing a great thing supporting people with disabilities, and I'll be sure to go back many times and support them during my stay here in Australia. The only reason that I'm giving a 4-star rather than a 5 is simply because of the look of the pastries. The fact that they were wrapped in plastic tells me they aren't fresh, but this seems to be common and perhaps the norm here in Sydney (selling overpriced day old pastries)."
